
Big 12 announces conference slate

LUBBOCK, Texas – The Big 12 schedule for the 2025-26 women's basketball season has been announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon.

Texas Tech will begin league play on Dec. 21 at Baylor before hosting its conference home opener against UCF on Dec. 31. The Lady Raiders welcome the Arizona Wildcats after this for a Jan. 3 contest. The team heads out on the road to take on West Virginia on Jan. 7 in Morgantown, W.Va., as well as the Cincinnati Bearcats on Jan. 10.

Tech hosts Houston on Jan. 13 and Kansas State on Jan. 17 before once against going on the road. The Lady Raiders head to Provo, Utah for a game at BYU on Jan. 21, then travels down the road to Salt Lake City for a matchup against the Utes on Jan. 24.

Tech is back at the United Supermarkets Arena for games against Iowa State and TCU on Jan. 28 and Feb. 1, respectively. Following these two home games, the Lady Raiders go to Houston to take on the Cougars for the second time in the season on Feb. 7, before hosting the Kansas Jayhawks on Feb. 10. Tech faces Oklahoma State in Stillwater, Okla., for Valentine's Day, then hosts the Baylor Bears on Feb. 18.

Texas Tech has two more road games against Colorado on Feb. 21 and against the Jayhawks on Feb. 25. The Lady Raiders close out conference play with a home game against Arizona State on March 1.
