VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – The Texas Tech men's and women's track and field teams wrapped up the 2025 NCAA Indoor Championships Saturday evening at the Virginia Beach Sports Center.
The men's team finished eighth scoring 22 points as the women's team finished 10th scoring a program-high 21.5 points.
The vertical and horizontal jumps highlighted the final day for the Tech women. Temitope Adeshina won her first NCAA title as she cleared 1.94m (6-4.25) in the high jump – No. 2 all-time in Tech history. It's the third high jump title in the women's program history.
Meanwhile, in the triple jump, Tamiah Washington secured the silver medal on her final jump. Sitting in sixth place, the New York native bounded a PB 13.72m (45- ½), tying the same mark as first place. It would come down to the third-best jump in the series as OU's Agur Dwol had a better leap by one centimeter.
The men's side was highlighted by a second place finish from the men's 4x400 team of Jonathan Crawford, Josh Bour, George Garcia and Desean Boyce. The quartet clocked in a SB 3:03.77 – No. 3 all-time for Tech.
Malachi Snow took third in the men's 60m hurdles with a time of 7.54 at the line. Antoine Andrews in that same race finished sixth at 7.56.
