NCAA Round of 32 match PPD to Friday

Originally scheduled to play Thursday, the Red Raiders and Tar Heels will instead meet Friday afternoon at 4 p.m.
FORT WORTH – Due to projected inclement weather in the Fort Worth area, the NCAA and TCU have decided to move Thursday's Round of 32 action to Friday afternoon.
Originally scheduled to be contested on Thursday, the Round of 32 will now be played on Friday afternoon into evening. Sixth-seeded Texas Tech and UNC will kick off the day at 4 p.m. with the host and No. 2 seed Horned Frogs facing No. 7 Memphis on Friday night at 7 p.m.
The two winners from Friday's Round of 32 matches will now meet on Monday afternoon with a spot in the NCAA Quarterfinals on the line. First touch for Monday's Round of 16 matchup is set for 1 p.m.
Texas Tech advanced to this weekend's NCAA Round of 32 after a dramatic 2-1 win over UTSA last Friday night. In doing so, the Red Raiders became one of 11 teams nationally to reach the Round of 32 in three-straight seasons.
