? Sophomore quarterback Davis Webb has now thrown a TD pass in the first 14 games of his Texas Tech career (school record).
? J.J Gaines picked up his first interception of the season (3rd career) on Oklahoma State's first drive of the game.
? Pete Robertson picked up his second sack of the season (6th career) on the first play of Oklahoma State's second offensive possession.
? Jah'Shawn Johnson picked up his first career interception on the last play of the first half.
? Jakeem Grant finished the night with a career high 12 catches. His previous career high was nine last season against Kansas State.
? Jakeem Grant moved into eighth place on the school's career kick return yardage list with 947 yards... he finished the game with six returns for 147 yards.
? Jakeem Grant tallied his second game this season (2nd career) with over 100 yards receiving. He finished with 12 catches for 100 yards.
? Justin Stockton caught his first career touchdown pass (17 yards) in the third quarter and that pulled Tech back to within seven at 28-21.
? Reginald Davis' second touchdown catch of the night in the third quarter cut the OSU lead back to seven points. The 22-yard TD catch made the score 35-28 OSU. The catch gave Davis his first multiple TD game of his career.
? Sophomore QB Davis Webb finished the game 35-of-54 for 374 passing yards, four touchdowns and two interceptions... Webb left the game early in the fourth quarter with a non-throwing shoulder injury.
? Webb's four passing touchdowns give him 14 touchdowns this season.
? Webb moved into sole possession of ninth place all-time at Tech for career touchdown passes (34). He moved past Sonny Cumbie and Cody Hodges (33).
? Webb recorded his eighth career game passing for at least 300 yards.
? Webb has thrown 18 touchdown passes over his last five games dating back to last season (vs. ASU, vs. UCA, at UTEP, vs. Arkansas, at OSU).

TEAM NOTES
? Texas Tech scored on its first possession (21-yard TD pass from Davis Webb to Reginald Davis) of the game for the first time this season. Prior to tonight, Tech had failed to convert even a first down on the first drive of a game.
? Texas Tech has now scored in 211 consecutive games dating back to the 1997 season. The streak ranks 13th nationally.
? The Tech defense picked up its first interception of the season when J.J. Gaines picked off Daxx Garman on OSU's first drive of the game.
? Tech notched its second interception of the game on the last play of the first half. The last time Tech had two interceptions in a game was last season vs. OSU.
? Tech compiled 500-plus yards of offense in tonight's game. Tech went over 500 yards on the road in the Big 12 twice last season (West Virginia and Kansas).
