Beckie and Hinkle both appeared on the first team while Paige Strahan was recognized on the second team and Lauren Watson was selected to the third team. Tech's four total selections marked the most in program history.
This is the fourth-straight season where Hinkle has garnered All-Region honors as she was a third team selection in 2011, a second team pick in 2012 and then a first team recipient a year ago. She is the only player in school history to earn All-Region honors all four years of her career.
Beckie, meanwhile, is on the first team for a third-straight season. The MAC Hermann Trophy semifinalist, who also earned Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year honors several weeks ago, is the only Red Raider in school history to be named to the first team three times in a career.
With the All-Region recognition, both Beckie and Hinkle will be eligible to be named to the NSCAA All-American squads that will be announced Friday. The two Colorado natives are the only previous All-Americans in school history.
Strahan received All-Region honors for the second time in her career as she was previously a third team honoree in 2012. The senior wraps her Tech career as one of six Red Raiders all-time to be named to the All-Region teams twice, joining Beckie, Hinkle, Kristy Frantz, Jennifer Hamm and Taylor Lytle.
Watson was recognized for the first time in her career as she is the only goalkeeper in program history to earn All-Region accolades. Watson was previously selected to the All-Big 12 second team earlier this year.
Tech led all Big 12 programs with its four selections to the All-Central Region teams. West Virginia and Kansas both finished with three honorees while Texas and Oklahoma State both garnered two selections each.
