
Tech Events Featured on ESPNU "Cram Session"

LUBBOCK, Texas - ESPNU will highlight all things Texas Tech when it airs the Red Raider version of its "Cram Session" series Aug. 10 and 11. Texas Tech is coming off of one its most successful athletics seasons in history and select events from last year will be aired in their entirety during a 12-hour time slot. Lubbock area viewers will need to tune in to DirecTV 609 to catch the "Cram Session."
Eight teams from the 2004-05 season were ranked among the nation's top 25 in their respective sports, including men and women's basketball and football, which are highlighted in the "Cram Session."
Four men's basketball games, the Lady Raider's first two rounds of the NCAA Tournament and the Red Raiders' 45-31 win over California in the Pacific Life Holiday Bowl highlight the programming. Additionally, the ESPN Chronicles feature on head men's basketball coach Bob Knight will wrap up the session.
Men's home basketball wins against Texas and Kansas will be featured as will the Red Raiders' quarterfinal and semifinal wins over Iowa State and Oklahoma in the Big 12 Tournament. The Lady Raiders' games against Texas-Arlington and Middle Tennessee also will be shown.
