
Bowl Ticket Order Process Begins

LUBBOCK, Texas - Tickets for Texas Tech's 29th bowl appearance will be available on a priority basis, athletic department officials announced today. Pre-order forms were sent to season ticket holders and Red Raider Club members at or above the $300 level two weeks ago with a Dec. 2 deadline.
Priority for tickets will be given to Red Raider Club members at or above the $300 level and season ticket holders. Those orders will be processed Dec. 5-9. Any remaining tickets will be available to the general public Dec. 12 at the Athletic Ticket Office in the north end of Jones SBC Stadium. Ticket limits may be imposed based upon which bowl the Red Raiders are selected.
Football season ticket holders who did not receive a pre-order form should contact the Texas Tech Athletics Ticket Office at (888) GO-BIG-12 or 742-TECH for a replacement form.
Texas Tech finished the season with a 9-2 overall record and 6-2 mark in Big 12 play. The nine wins reflect the most in a single-season since the 1976 squad won 10. Tech's record in league play is the best since joining the conference in 1996. Official announcement of which postseason bowl the Red Raiders will be competing in will be made on Dec. 4.

Q: Can I purchase AT&T Cotton Bowl tickets online today?
A:AT&T Cotton Bowl tickets are not available online through Texas Tech Athletics. AT&T Cotton Bowls ticket can only be purchased via the Texas Tech Athletic Ticket Office at 806-742-4412. Those purchasing tickets beginning December 4th must be Season Ticket holders or Red Raider Club members at the $300 + annual donation level.
Q: I'm not a current $300 member can I join today?
A:You can join today when you purchase your tickets through the Athletic Ticket Office. You will need to pay the entire $300 before the ticket order can be placed. Placing an order does not guarantee you tickets as tickets will be allocated based on the Priority Point System.
Q: How do I guarantee tickets?
A:It is very hard to guarantee tickets at this point. Because of this, new donors without season tickets must donate $3000 or above, paid in full to guarantee AT&T Cotton Bowl tickets.
Q: When will tickets to the AT&T Cotton Bowl be on sale to the $1-$299 RRC members or the general public?
A:Based on demand, tickets may not become available to any additional groups. However if tickets are available to the $1-$299 RRC members or the general public these tickets will go on sale Monday, December 12th@ 8:30am via the Athletic Ticket Office.
Q: I already ordered my limit of tickets via the pre-order form, can I call the Athletic Ticket Office and order additional?
A:No, at this time the original order limits still exist per account. Orders cannot be increased above the original order limits at this time. Should tickets be available, to the general public accounts will be allowed to increase at this time. General public order will be take December 12th, should tickets be available.
Q: Where will the tickets be located?
A:Texas Tech cannot guarantee any seat locations; you will however be in the Texas Tech area if receive tickets through Texas Tech Athletics.
Q: Can I purchase AT&T Cotton Bowl parking through Texas Tech Athletics?
A:Yes, the Texas Tech Athletic Ticket office will be selling AT&T Cotton Bowl parking for $15 per space on Monday, December 5th. Parking can be purchase via phone 806-742-4412, or online at www.texastech.com under Bowl Info or Tickets. AT&T Cotton Bowl Parking will be on a first come first serve basis and will not be assigned or exclusive to Red Raider Club members.
Q: I'm a student, how do I get tickets?
A:Student fans will be able purchase tickets for this season's bowl game starting this week. Student Red Raider Club members will have priority to purchase tickets starting Thursday, Dec. 8, while students who are not members will have the opportunity to purchase tickets on Fri., Dec. 9. Every Texas Tech student must present their own Texas Tech student ID in order to purchase tickets. Each student ID has a two ticket limit and students may not bring in multiple ID's when purchasing tickets. To join the Student Red Raider Club, contact to the Red Raider Club office at 742-1196. Tickets will only be sold through the Texas Tech Athletics Ticket Office and in person. Ticket office hours are from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. weekdays.
