Theresa Bowman is in her 21st year as administrative assistant for the Texas Tech volleyball program.
She assists head coach Tony Graystone, associate head coach & recruiting coordinator Morgan Thomas, assistant coach Jon Wong, as well as director of operations Damaris Linker by maintaining the recruiting database, booking travel arrangements, and various other office duties.
Bowman, a native of Pampa, Texas, came to Texas Tech from Temple College and began work in the Red Raider Club in January of 1998. In December of 1999, she moved to the volleyball office at the United Supermarkets Arena.
She has been married to her husband, Monty, for 37 years. The couple has two daughters, Amber and Brook.
Amber Bowman will graduate from Angelo State with her nurse practitioner degree in August 2020. Brook Bowman is currently a junior at Texas Tech and is pursuing a degree in engineering.
