McKeely Underwood named Tech Soccer D-Ops

The Texas Tech grad joined Tech Soccer earlier this month
LUBBOCK, Texas – Texas Tech Soccer and head coach Tom Stone have announced the hire of McKeely Underwood as the Red Raiders new director of soccer operations.
A 2025 graduate of Texas Tech, Underwood spent three years as student assistant working for the Office of the Director of Athletics and Texas Tech Athletics.
"We are thrilled to have someone of McKeely's passion for Texas Tech Athletics join our women's soccer program," Stone said. "McKeely is sharp and a quick study on all things operations and will be a big asset for our team and our staff! Welcome to the Red Raider Soccer staff, McKeely!"
A member of both the Sigma Alpha Lambda Honor Society and a former Presidential Merit Scholarship winner, Underwood graduated with her Bachelors of Arts in Public Relations and Strategic Communications from Texas Tech back in May.
As part of her duties as the Red Raiders director of operations for soccer, Underwood will plan and handle all of the travel logistics as well as assist with managing the Texas Tech Soccer budget.
