The Red Raiders hit the road for the third time this outdoor season
LUBBOCK, Texas – The Texas Tech track and field team travels down to College Station for the 44 Farms Team Invite hosted by Texas A&M Friday and Saturday at E.B. Cushing Stadium. Â
Tech will send a full team this weekend to College Station with nearly 70 Red Raiders slated to compete. This trip will mark the third outdoor meet on the road for Texas Tech.

In the week two USTFCCCA rankings released Tuesday afternoon, the Tech men slid down to No. 11, while the women fell to No. 21.
Also on Tuesday afternoon, the event squad rankings were released, and the Tech women's discus crew came in ranked No. 1. Shelby Frank, Zoe Burleson, McKenzie Davis and Amori Pierson have combined for an average throw of 56.68m (185-11).
Last Time Out
The Red Raiders hosted the Masked Rider Open last Thursday – a two-day meet that turned into one because of weekend weather.
In The Know
NCAA Indoor All-American Malachi Snow is expected to debut this weekend going in the 110m hurdles and 100m sprint. Over on the jumps side, NCAA Indoor high jump champion Adeshina Temitope is slated to make her outdoor debut as well. The NCAA Indoor national runner-up in the triple jump, Tamiah Washington, is expected to also debut.
