LUBBOCK, Texas – Another week, another week of Red Raiders in the NFL shining on Sundays, as well as Monday this week with the Arizona Cardinals, Dadrion Taylor-Demerson, and the Dallas Cowboys, and Terence Steele to close week nine of the NFL season.Â
A complete list of statistics by former Red Raiders in the NFL is below.
ARIZONA CARDINALSÂ at Dallas Cowboys (W, 27-17)
S Dadrion Taylor-Demerson (2019-23): Coming off a bye week, Taylor-Demerson registered one solo tackle as he only saw eight snaps on defense.    Â
RB Tahj Brooks (2020-24):Â In a game that featured over 1,000 yards of total offense, Brooks registered two kickoff returns and one rush attempt. His two returns were good for an average of 27.5 yards, with his longest run being 31 yards.
OL Terence Steele (2016-19): Steele went into the game questionable (migraines) but was able to suit up for his ninth start of the year – the only Cowboy offensive lineman to start each game this season. He was later taken out, playing only 48 of the possible 67 snaps.
QB Patrick Mahomes II (2014-16): Mahomes and the Chiefs nearly completed a last-minute comeback with a Hail Mary, falling short of the goal line. Mahomes, against a stout Bills' defense that forced three sacks, completed 15 of his passes for 250 yards.
DE Tyree Wilson (2020-22): In the overtime loss, Wilson registered 2 solo tackles, playing 39 percent of the defensive snaps. Â
LB Jordyn Brooks (2016-19):Â Brooks and the Dolphins kicked off the NFL week on Thursday Night Football. He finished third on the team with eight tackles (two solo), playing 95 percent of the game's snaps. Brooks continues to lead the NFL in total tackles (93) and solo tackles (55).
P Austin McNamara (2020-23):Â McNamara and the Jets return to action next week, hosting the Cleveland Browns.
DB Tyler Owens (2022-23): Owens recorded one tackle on defense and on special teams as the Commanders played on Sunday Night Football. In total, he saw 22 snaps on special teams and eight at safety.
